Chris Savage is a former Director ofForesight Consulting.[1]

Previous Positions

A former Labour consultant at the Public Policy Unit, Chris Savage was also a former Director at Shandwick, and head of industry policy at the TUC.[2]

Shandwick

In a 2001 letter to Martin Summers - UK Public Affairs Manager at British American Tobacco - Stephen Doherty stated, "[t]his structure does not of course preclude your drawing in other expertise from the wider Shandwick team as and when it may be required. For example, Chris Savage's knowledge of the Trade Union movement and its influence within the Labour Party is second to none."[3]

Project Sunrise

Chris Savage's role in Project Sunrise - a venture between Shandwick and BAT - was to provide "support on WHO, UK and international government affairs strategy, trade and employment issues"[4]
