Nicholas Bourne (Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth) was appointed a Conservative Party peer in the House of Lords in October 2013.[1]

He was government whip in the House of Lords from August 2014 until 2015.

In May 2015 he was appointed parliamentary under secretary of state for the Department of Energy and Climate Change and the Wales Office in May 2015.[2]

He was also appointed to lord-in-waiting for HM Household in May 2015.
