The Directorate of Intelligence is the arm of the Central Intelligence Agency responsible for intelligence analysis.[1]

Deputy Director for Intelligence

The first Deputy Director for Intelligence was established effective 1 Jan 1952. The title was changed from Deputy Director for Intelligence to Director, National Foreign Assessment Center (NFAC) effective 11 October 1977.
