Having worked on more than 185 major projects in more than 40 countries Shady is seen as one of the world’s leading international development advisors specializing in water policy.[2]. He has worked on various projects sponsored by the World Bank, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Food and Agriculture Organisation(FAO). He was recently awarded the gold medal of the World Water Council in the Hague.
