Mark Williams is the chairman of Tea Party Express and a leader of the movement against the so-called 'Ground Zero Mosque'. Williams and his group were expelled from the National Tea Party Federation over a 'clearly offensive' fictional letter Williams wrote on his blog from "Colored People" to Abraham Lincoln.
