I have had to delete this whole para as there was no source given as to the sponsors of "these vigilantes", though it would be good info to have if supportable. Also, the last sentence of the para is too subjective.

can you be more accurate? do you need this phrase? I find it confusing as there is the question of which/whose conspiracy theories these are; "conspiracy theories" is one of those phrases like "terrorist" that needs to be understood in context.

I've edited this sentences as a hanging "others" was unclear. Is it correct -- is the lt colonel a partner?
 
 
 
It would be interesting to compare his opinion of the guilt of Saddam Hussein (as head of state and thus guilty) to Pinochet (as head of state and thus not guilty). --

I seen old Shrimpo on Sky news' round up of the press and thought I'd have a go — you'll prob. want to section off the summit stuff but i thought I'd keep going with it and bang down as much as poss while I'm in the mood: feel free to monkey around with it - its all a first draft as such
