It has interesting intelligence connections. Indeed, the current Chairman is former MI6 man Andrew Fulton. Fulton was exposed as having been a former MI6 agent whilst workking inside Glasgow University based Lockerbie Commission. The former US ambassador to the UK Philip Lader (also chair of the board of spin conglomerate WPP) is also on board. The Council retains Media House International for PR and its executive chairman Jack Irvine is a former board member.
