Sacha Kumaria

Sacha Kumaria was Director of Programmes at the Stockholm Network from January 2004 to October 2005 and Assistant Director from October 2005 to September 2006.[1] He was also the Editor of the Stockholm Network’s quarterly newsletter, Eye on Europe, and author of The State of the Union, a report on market reform within the European Union. [2] Kumaria has been employed by Market House International along with Helen Disney from the Stockholm Network and Nicole Gray Conchar of the International Policy Network.[3] He is currently the Deputy Director of European Affairs at ICAP. From November 2007 to August 2009, he was the Director of Terra Externa at Terra Firma Capital Partners. From February 2007 to November 2007, he was the Senior Advisor at the Centre for Energy Studies at Cambridge University. And from September 2006 to February 2007, he was an External Advisor for BP.[4] In 2007, he wrote a report for the Stockholm Network in a ‘personal capacity’ entitled Climate of Opinion: The Stockholm Network Energy and Environment Update.[5] In 2008, he wrote report a for Policy Exchange in a ‘personal capacity’ entitled Who’s Afraid of Sovereign Wealth Funds?[6]
