JOHN B After attaining a Law and Business degree with honours, John attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Graduating from the academy in 1997, he then attended the Platoon Commanders Battle Course at the School of Infantry in Warminster where he passed as top student. He immediately joined the 1st Battalion The Kings Own Scottish Borderers on counter terrorist duties in South Armagh (Northern Ireland). During his military career, John quickly built up wealth of Operational experience which included, liaison and control of national strategic agencies in Global Operational theatres, including UK Special Forces, SIS and Special Branch. John inspired the creation of a Strategic level intelligence cell, within a highly pressurized and volatile area of Iraq, with a staff of over 60 highly qualified Intelligence personnel. During his military career, he has Organized and implemented a wide spectrum of programs, systems, policies and guidelines, including leadership and discipline strategies for 13 major organizations, totaling over 2,500 personnel, including their families and dependants. Before leaving the British Army, John was responsible to the Director of UK Special Forces for the over- arching administration, career management, security and deployment of over 200 Special Forces Reservists and attached Regular soldiers. John is still a keen Rugby Union player,Mountaineer,Alpine Skier and SCUBA Diver. EDWARD A Edward served with 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment from 1984 until 1989,before attempting and passing the extremely arduous selection course for UK Special Forces. He was consequently posted to 22nd Special Air Service. Edward is a highly motivated,professional Security Manager and Trainer with 17 years of world-wide operational experience with UK Special Forces.Amongst his personal repertoire of skills, Edward includes a wide variety of technical expertise,relevant to the area of Executive Protection.VIP Protection Instructor,Counter Revolutionary Warfare Instructor,Anti-Terrorism overt/covert commander, Police Advanced Driver and Instructor,Unarmed Combat Instructor,Advanced Patrol Medic,colloquial standard Serbo/Croat and Arabic languages.Before leaving the service of the 22nd SAS Regiment,Edward worked as an instructor within the Counter Terrorist Wing/Protective Security Cell,conducting training of all skills associated with protective security measures.These included the management and implementation of courses and liaison with foreign government's security agencies and maintaining liaison between security forces and civil authorities during UK-based terrorist situations. Edward is Praetorian's Technical Director and frontline expert on Executive Protection measures and is currently acting as a consultant to create the syllabus for the worlds first University Degree in Close Protection and Security Management. Edward still has an avid interest in Football,Samurai Karate,Running,Physical Fitness and Travel.


Peter was the highly successful Managing Director of Rank Screen Advertising up until 1993. During this period RSA,whose main competitor was Pearl & Dean,market share grew from 40% to 90% of the UK cinema advertising market. In addition,during this period the Monopolies & Mergers Commission investigated RSA's pre-eminent position.RSA,under Peter,won the case. He then negotiated the sale of RSA to Schroder Ventures,now Carlton Screen Advertising.In 1993,Peter joined Pearl and Dean as Managing Director,taking over 10% market share in 1994,and an £800k loss to profit within 9 months. By 1999 P&D's market share had risen to nearly 40% of the cinema advertising market with profits approaching £2m. The company was sold to the Scottish Media Group in 1999. During his twenty five years of senior management roles in cinema advertising,Peter has developed many top level contacts within advertising agencies,media buying companies,clients and the cinema / film business. Peter is past President of the Cinema Advertising Association (CAA), Deputy President of the Screen Advertising World Association (SAWA), member of the Code of Advertising Practice Committee (CAP).A member of the Variety Club of Great Britain, the Lord Taverners and Chairman of the Publicity Club of London.

Hugh Colver is a defence public affairs specialist and has worked in Government,Politics and Industry. A specialist in operational public affairs,contingency planning and crisis management he has advised two Prime Ministers and four Secretaries of State for Defence as well as the Metropolitan Police Commissioner. Having served in the Ministry of Defence since 1975 Hugh went to 10 Downing Street in 1981 and advised Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher throughout the Falklands Conflict. He was Deputy Director of Information at Scotland Yard 1983-4,Deputy Chief of Public Relations at the Ministry of Defence 1985-1987 and Chief of Public Relations 1987-1992. After the Falklands Conflict he was involved in National and NATO contingency planning for war and conflict,particularly in the context of public presentation and media issues. He put these plans into effect for the Gulf War of 1991 and was appointed a Commander of the British Empire in the Gulf War Honours List of 1992. Hugh has extensive operational experience including Cod War 1976,Belize 1978, Bermuda 1979,Falklands 1982,siege of the Libyan People's Bureau in London 1984,Gulf War 1991. Hugh is Chairman of the Europac Group of Companies and Defence Public Affairs Consultants Ltd and is Honorary Colonel of the Media Operations Group (Volunteers) in the Territorial Army.
