Maajid Nawaaz is a co-founder of The Quilliam Foundation‏ a London based 'counter-extremism' think-tank which claims to challenge Islamic extremism in the UK. He is running in the 2015 general election as the Liberal Democrats parliamentary candidate in Hampstead and Kilburn.
