Ian Skelly

Ian Skelly is the former owner of the Ian Skelly Group of car dealers, which he sold in 1989 for £18.3 million [1]. He gave more than £5,000 to the Labour Party in 1999-2000 to almost entirely fund the election campaign of Frank Roy [2].

He runs a major car dealers in Motherwell and is a former Director of Rangers Football Club. He resigned from the latter post in 2003, with Rangers' debt estimated by some at £80m [3].
