• Lecturer in labour law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence, University of Verona.

• Substitute Pro-Rector of the University of Verona (2004-2006): Director of the Department of Legal Studies (2002-2006) and coordinator for the Doctorate course in business law and economics (2003-2006).
• Adviser to the labour department of the Democrats of the Left.
