Biotech Australia was described in 2003 as a private biotechnology research and development company.[1] It is likely to be the same company as the one described as Biotechnology Australia Pty Ltd, based in Roseville, New South Wales, Australia. Biotechnology Australia was in existence in 1988.[2] It was involved in "immunology, biological chemistry, applied microbiology, entomology, bioengineering as well as recombinant DNA techniques".[3]
