Simon Evans

Simon Evans is a Miami based sports reporter who works for Reuters news agency[1].
History
Simon Evans was born in Burnley and supports the local team Burnley FC. He studied political science at Newcastle University between 1988 and 1991[2]. Evans left the UK to work in Budapest covering Eastern European football. On leaving Hungary Evans moved to Italy in 1999 and worked in Milan for 8 years until 2007 covering Italian football and the Champions League. In 2007 he moved to Miami to cover North American sports[3][4].
