Healthy eating in Schools is a website run by Verner Wheelock Associates consultancy. Its stated aim is to supply teachers, parents, caterers and Governors "handy tips and information on how to provide healthy meals and snacks that school children benefit from and enjoy. " [1]

Professor Verner Wheelock is Chairman of Verner Wheelock Associates and formerly Special Professor in Food Science at the University of Nottingham.
Clients include: Arla Foods, Danish Bacon and Meat Council and Sainsbury's
Verner Wheelock Associates provide training for food manufacturers, caterers and retailers, from operatives to senior management level.[2]
