Willy Brandt
Willy Brandt (1913-1992) was a German SPD politician. He headed the West German government as chancellor from 1969 to 1974.[1]
Nazi Period
Brandt left Germany in 1933, working as a journalist in Norway, and later Sweden. He returned to Germany in 1947.[2]
