Stuart Sexton

Stuart Sexton was a political advisor to Mark Carlisle, the Conservative Secretary of State for Education from 1979 to 1981. In that capacity, he helped to established the Assisted Places Scheme, which provided subsidised places at fee-paying schools.[1]
