Ronald Fearn

Ronald Fearn was the Liberal Democrats MP for Southport from 1987 to 1992 and from 1997 to 2001. Following this, he was made a life peer in the House of Lords. He received the title of Baron Fearn, of Southport in the County of Merseyside in October 2001.
