The consultancy Henley Centre HeadlightVision (HCHLV) merged with Yankelovich, Inc. in January 2008 to form The Futures Company, which calls itself "a ground-breaking global trends and futures research and consultancy business".[1]

History

The consultancy Henley Centre HeadlightVision (HCHLV) was formed from the merger in 2005 of the Henley Centre and HeadlightVision.[2][3] HCHLV states, "Our intelligence sources offer insight into changes in consumer behaviour and motivations worldwide."[4]

Prior to this merger, the Henley Centre described itself as "an international strategic futures and marketing consultancy. We work with our clients to deliver better futures."[5]

Henley Centre HeadlightVision is part of Kantar, WPP's "insight and consultancy division".[6]
